Purchased this on the 11th no shipping update until the 15th just stated a shipping label was created contacted merchant a week after via email they state package was shipped and shipping company takes awhile to update usually 8-10 days. It is now the 26th no package or update on shipping super unprofessional and stated I needed to be patient at this point I feel like been robbed and package was never sent. They need a better shipping company and stop asking for patience as business and money is involved STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
